The main line is safe and efficient production for system energy utilization efficiency. Optimize and upgrade, combine the cooling water system operation process with energy utilization, realize real-time data collection for the pipe network, and perform big data analysis and automatic tracking of load changes to improve the problem of insufficient water supply at the end. This technology is suitable for industrial cooling water energy-saving technological transformation. It has been applied in industry. In the application case of Jiangsu Tianyin Chemical Co., Ltd., the WISDOM management platform is installed to realize automatic control . This technology is suitable for energy-saving reformation of the preheater in the cement industry, and has been industrialized. In the application case of Tai'an Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd., the "high-efficiency and low-resistance six-stage preheater + high-efficiency decomposition furnace with denitrification function" technology is applied to After the 5000 tons / day new dry cement production line, the power saving effect is obvious and the operation is stable. It can save 2.325 million kW · h per year, which is equivalent to 791 tons of standard coal.
